Who I work with
I work with children and young people from birth to 18 years, helping them to develop the everyday skills they need to play, learn, and grow with confidence. Every child is unique, so I tailor my approach to their individual strengths, needs and goals.

Early Years (0–4 years)
I support babies and young children who may need help with movement, play or sensory development.
This might include delays in rolling, crawling, walking, visual tracking or hand skills. Also sensitivity to textures, sounds or challenges with emotional regulation. I support children who may need extra support due to a developmental condition such as Down syndrome, Autism or Global developmental delay
Sessions are play-based and focus on helping your child build the foundations necessary for everyday participation in play, learning and relationships.
School Age (5–18 years)
For school-age children, I help with skills for learning, play and daily life. This may include difficulties with handwriting, coordination, attention, organisation or sensory processing.
I also support children with conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia (DCD), and Developmental Delay.
Therapy is fun, practical, and focused on helping your child take part fully at home, in school, and in the community.

My Approach
My sessions are relaxed, engaging and play-based. I work closely with families and schools to understand each child’s needs and create strategies that make a difference in everyday life. My goal is always to help your child feel confident, capable and ready to succeed in the things that matter most to them.
